The Island’s Bell Tent hire service

We supply bell tents for accommodation at parties, weddings and corporate events.  These popular canvas structures are available in various sizes from 3m to 6m diameter, and can sleep from two to eight people.  They have zip in groundsheets and can be supplied with or without furnishings and bedding.  Basic furnishing packs consisting of rugs, low table and led lighting are available as well as single or double bedding packs consisting of foam mattress, sheet, duvet & pillow.   Additional furnishings such as cushions, fairy lights and bunting may be added.

We also hire out tipi tents, which are similar to bell tents, but shaped more like a tipi.  They also have zip in groundsheets and coconut matting or carpet.  The 4m tipi tents sleep 2-4 and the 5m sleep up to 4-6.

Finally we have our two beautiful Lotus Tents – one 4m and one 5m diameter.  These will both accommodate a full sized double bed frame for the ultimate in luxury camping!

We have accommodation and bedding to sleep up to 120 guests in shared accommodation.

Bell Tent Village  Party package

10 x 4m traditional bell tents furnished with either twin or double mattress & bedding, plus, doormat, coloured rug, low table and led light together with 1 x 6m bell tent for a communal chill out area, furnished with rugs, low tables, floor cushions and led lights, which can comfortably seat up to 20 people.  £2,500 inc vat.

Hire is a minimum of 3 nights and includes delivery (on the Isle of Wight), construction and dismantling.

Additional nights £30 per night per structure.
